TripActions is an innovative business travel booking platform. With unparalleled attention to detail in user experience and service. However, those features were not a big enough story against well-funded competitors who also wanted to transform business travel. 

 In chats with the founding team, I asked them to shift their perspective from being in the travel business to the deal closing, account winning, celebratory dinner business, the human stuff that builds and benchmarks careers, and business. While the competition lived in a world of incrementally better business travel, we had to position TripActions real benefit at a much higher altitude.
