Clash of Clans had become the number one mobile game in the world. However, mobile games often hold an ephemeral place in consumers' entertainment diet.

Our objective was to continue player engagement at a massive scale (100 million). Our insight was Clash was not a mobile game but a platform where epic stories were being created by the players every minute worldwide. We dug into reddits, youtube videos, tweets, twitches and forums to find their stories, which we dubbed True Tales of Clash Achievery. We brought the tales to life in spectacular fashion. From Times Square murals to an Epic film shown in theaters before Star Wars. We even created a websites where players could submit their own Tales. It was an integrated player co-created, celebration of the epicness that Clashers can make happen.
